Delivery — Dallas–Fort Worth

Northern Era delivers across the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area. Orders are delivered locally within the metro; we don't sell or deliver outside Texas. After you order, we'll confirm your delivery details before you pay.

Delivery fees

  • Free delivery on all orders of $55 or more.
  • $7 flat delivery fee on orders under $55.
  • Our Double Pack and Trio Stock-Up bundles always qualify for free delivery.

Your exact delivery fee and any applicable Texas sales tax are shown before you pay — never a surprise at the door.

Delivery windows

After you order, we'll confirm a delivery day and an estimated window by email or text. If you're not available, we can leave your order in a safe spot you specify, or arrange another time.

Service area

Northern Era delivers across the greater Dallas–Fort Worth area by zone. Our Core and Extended zones — including McKinney, Anna, Princeton, Allen, Fairview, Prosper, Celina, Frisco, Plano, Little Elm, The Colony, Wylie, Sachse, Murphy, and Richardson — get standard delivery. The rest of the metro is available by arrangement, typically for larger or bundled orders. See our delivery area page for the full zone breakdown, or send us your ZIP and we'll confirm your zone and cost before you pay. Orders outside the service area will be canceled and refunded.

Returns & refunds

Aurora is a consumable food product, so for safety reasons we cannot accept returns of opened tubs. However:

  • Damaged or defective: If your tub arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it.
  • Wrong order: If we delivered the wrong item or quantity, we'll fix it at no cost to you.
  • Canceled before delivery: You can cancel an order any time before it's delivered for a full refund.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. To start a request, email hello@northernera.co with your order details.

Age & caffeine

Aurora contains 200 mg of caffeine per serving and is for adults 18 and older. We may verify age at delivery. By ordering, you confirm you meet the age requirement.
